MHS  Tournament Team

Our club can accommodate all shooters from the first time trap shooter, to the just for fun trap shooter, to the serious competitor. If you want to get to the top level of shooting and have the time, commitment, and extra funds to do it, this program is for you!

Coaches:  Varsity - Steve Korin, JV/JH - Scott Ziemer. Both Steve and Scott are active competitive shooters and have both coached teams to championships.

Purpose: To win Varsity, JV, and JH events at  ATA Youth Tournaments, MN State High School Tournament, MN State Trap Tournament, and the SCTP State Tournament.

2010 Tournament Team Members

 

Schedule: 1st Monday after Spring Break thru the end of High School Tournament.

Commitment: All shooters must show a true desire and commitment to the team. This includes:

1) Must follow safety rules exactly as outlined by coaches, club and website.

2) Keep academic standards to the level required by the school for sports participation.

3)Must be at all practices and meets on time.

4) Must do "at home practice" and show a desire to improve.

5) Must be dedicated to the "team" and its success as a whole. "NO ME"

6) Must be willing to change shooting style and methods as directed by the coaches.

7) Must attend and compete at all shoots as required by the coaches.

Region, State, Registered

8) Must be available for additional practice at range (Late Monday or Thursday night at the Park?)

9) Have a cheery "can do" attitude – help encourage others and mentor beginners

10) Sign and adhere to commitment letter!!

Fundraiser: There’s a possibility we will be doing a fundraiser. Please see one of the coaches if you have any ideas for a successful fundraiser.
