Registration is Closed for 2009

Welcome shooters to another great year of trapshooting for MHS!

Registration for the MHS Trap & Skeet Team's 2009 season will begin February 2nd and close February 13th,2009. We anticipate we will exceed our 45 shooter limit this year.

In order to make the registration process more efficient, please read the procedure below and follow it exactly.

All communication and registration forms will be by email or web link only. I need the email addresses of both the shooter and a parent. Because some ISP's and spam filters block email, I am providing my three email addresses. If I can not reach you by email, you can not register.

The SCTP has the 2009 registration, medical consent, and ethics contract forms ready. I will email them to you along with a web link for the 2009 MHS Activities office eligibility form. It is your responsibility to print and complete these forms fully. 2008 forms will  not be accepted. Missing or incomplete forms will not be accepted and the shooter will not be allowed on the team.

You must also provide a new copy of your MN DNR hunter safety card and a check for $200.00 made out to the MHS Trap & Skeet Team. Failure to provide these will prevent membership on the team.

Completed 2009 registration and medical consent forms, MN DNR firearms safety card copy, 2009 MHS Activities office eligibility form, and $200.00 check must be turned in to the MHS Activities office by February 13th, 2009. Once the 45 shooter limit is reached, other applicants will be placed on a waiting list.

We will have a mandatory safety and orientation meeting in March, date to be announced later. Shooters and coaches cannot join the team unless you attend this meeting.

The ten week season will begin in April 6th and finish June 8th, 2009. Several tournaments will be available during the summer for shooters interested and able to pay the additional cost.

Thanks for your interest in our trap team. Lots of fun and friendly competition awaits those who can successfully complete the registration and orientation procedure!

Good luck, shoot straight, shoot safe!
